755 acre, All-Sports, Hess Lake. Located on a private road that is safe for young children to ride their bikes and play safely.
Park your boat or jet-ski at a dock and go fishing, biking, net crayfish, lounge on a
water raft, or take a hike on the nearby trails to explore nature.
Don’t have a boat? Use our paddle boat or canoe for FREE, or choose to rent a small
fishing boat w/ motor or a16ft Pontoon boat available to our guests.
Just want to relax? Sit back and enjoy the soothing sound of a cascading waterfall right
out your front door while sitting around a camp fire.
The Charmer is completely furnished and includes kitchen, living room, appliances, linens (upon request), TV, DVD player, forced air furnace, air conditioning, kids movies and games, variety of books, wireless internet (we cannot guarantee service all the time), private patio with hot tub (open May through Nov ), gas grill, fire pit, wood bundles available for $5.
Sleeping accommodations include 2 queen beds and one double couch sleeper.

Weekly Discount Rate:
All rates are based on 4 person occupancy.
After 4 persons - there will be a $20 charge per night per additional adult, $10 additional charge per night per child (under 12)
$10 laundry charge for stay per bed (sheets/blankets). You have the option to bring your own bedding to save money.
$15 charge per pet, per day
$100 damage deposit required – credit cards are acceptable
You must have a credit card and be 21 years or older and vaid identification to reserve your stay
At our Checkout, you will be charged a $199.00 reservation fee for peak season weekly rentals and the balance and a cleaning deposit of $100.00 and/or a pet deposit of $100.00(if applicable) will be due 21 days prior to your arrival. Off season rentals will be charged full amount upfront.
Your credit card will not be charged until we confirm your reservation.
