over 200 ft of water frontage on 755 acre,
All-Sports Hess Lake.
Park your boat or jet-ski at the dock and go
fish, bicycle, use the paddle boat or take a
hike on nearby trails and explore nature.
Don’t have a boat? We have watercraft for
rental; paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, fishing
boats w/ motors, 16ft pontoon boat, etc.
Just want to relax? Sit back and enjoy
reading a book while sitting around a camp
fire next to the lake on your private deck.
Poco Casa Chalet is completely furnished
and includes kitchen, main living area, appliances, forced air furnace, Linens (upon request), TV, DVD player, kids games, private outside deck with patio furnature, gas grill, fire pit (wood bundles available for $5)
Sleeping accommodations include 1 queen
bed and two futon couch sleepers.

Weekly Discount Rate:
Receive a $100 discount from our daily rates chart for 7 nights more stay.
All rates are based on 4 person occupancy.
After 4 persons - there will be a $20 charge per night per additional adult, $10 additional charge per night per child (under 12)
$10 laundry charge for stay per bed (sheets/blankets). You have the option to bring your own bedding to save money.
$15 charge per pet, per day
$100-200 damage deposit required (depending on length of stay and amount of people) – credit cards are acceptable
You must have a credit card and be 21 years or older to reserve your stay

At our Checkout, you will be charged a $199.00 reservation fee for peak season weekly rentals and the balance and a cleaning deposit of $100.00 and/or a pet deposit of $100.00(if applicable) will be due 21 days prior to your arrival. Off season rentals will be charged full amount upfront.
Your credit card will not be charged until we confirm your reservation.
